Session 1: "Regional development supporting cleantech growth”: Panelists from internationally leading cleantech regions debate the role that regions play in fostering cleantech innovation and growth and involve topics such as regional cleantech policy, incubation, investment, research and education.

"A New Deal for the Climate - A Very Big Deal for Cleantech": In December 2009 world leaders will meet in Copenhagen to agree on a new global climate deal with the objective of preventing dangerous global warming. It is suggested that annual public financing of $100-160 billion will be included in this agreement. Panelists will discuss the challenges that entrepreneurs, investors and government agencies will face if they are to seize this opportunity for growth in the cleantech industry.
